The Malvern^sm Advantage Services in Detail

Set-up:

• Convert your plan to our prototype document
• Provide a new Summary Plan Description
• Manage conversion of the plan from your current provider
• Provide an enrollment form and all other forms required, and
• Prepare a brief summary of the major plan provisions and a description of the funds.

On-going:

• Receive all employer contributions and determine investment splits
• Maintain participant accounts
• Provide daily account updates and quarterly statements via the Internet
• Process all benefit payments, withhold, report taxes and prepare 1099s
• Conduct annual ADP and ACP non-discrimination, 415, 402(g) and top heavy tests
• Prepare Form 5500
• Determine age 70 1/2 minimum distributions
• Set up and administer loans if applicable, and
• Provide basic technical support.
