Malvernsm Advantage 401(k) combines
the services you need
The Malvernsm Advantage 401(k) is a "bundled" or seamless package including the services of several different entities. These are:
- Malvernsm: full administrative support for the plan including recordkeeping, trading instigation and reconciliation services.
- Trust company: custodian of all assets. All buy and sell orders flow through the trust company for settlement.
- Asset management: The fund companies selected will manage the investment for the funds that are chosen. They will not provide any other services.
- Retirement Advisor: If you select one, the Retirement Advisor will help you select the investments for your plan and will provide other services per your agreement with the Advisor. Malvernsm will work closely with your advisor to provide him/her with the information needed to serve you.
Most of your work is completed when the contributions are submitted for investment. The above team takes care of the details involved in running the plan; but, as with any other provider, you retain the responsibility to monitor the performance of your team and to make changes if needed.
