Malvern^sm is owned and managed by a team of innovative, experienced retirement plan professionals. Senior management has over 70 years experience in the business. In fact, Ted Benna, one of Malvern's^sm founders, created the first 401(k) savings plan and is commonly known as the "Father" of 401(k).

Malvern Mission Statement

The Malvern Benefits Corporation (Malvern) is dedicated to providing the high quality 401(k) retirement plan administration and record keeping services in an environment of open investment architecture free of bias toward any proprietary investment product. Malvern follows a disciplined and efficient approach to providing services through prototype plans and by leveraging electronic technology throughout its operation to the greatest extent possible. Malvern will grow by establishing partnering relationships with funding institutions to assist them in gathering 401(k) plan assets in a market place of employers with fewer than 1,000 employees within the United States. Malvern will provide these services to plan sponsors and their employees at a fair price to produce a reasonable profit to its stockholders and high quality employment to its employees.
